Known for her signature Brazilians, flawless brow artistry, and unwavering professionalism, Ky Ann ensures every guest leaves feeling confident, cared for, and beautifully themselves.

Melissa
Melissa's journey into esthetics began with her own skin. During the pandemic, she battled severe "maskne" for the first time, an experience that deeply impacted her confidence. Through research, resilience, and faith, she not only healed her skin but also discovered a passion for helping others feel confident in theirs. In 2022, she pursued her esthetics license, determined to share that same transformation with her clients.
While she hadn't planned on falling in love with waxing, Melissa quickly saw how powerful it is - not just in creating smooth, polished skin, but in building confidence that radiates from the inside out. For her, waxing is less about hair removal and more about care, connection, and creating a safe space where clients feel truly seen.
What excites her most about Femme Flora is the intentionality at its core - kindness, grace, hospitality, and the extra mile of making each client feel their very best. She is eager to master every aspect of the craft, with a special interest in brows, and finds joy in learning new skills that elevate her artistry.
Outside the studio, Melissa is inspired by her faith, baby boy, and her love of animals and nature. She finds beauty in vintage treasures, quiet moments in creation, and her favorite blooms: carnations, roses, and baby's breath.
To Melissa, "Stay Golden" means living as the best version of herself - giving her all in both work and life, with heart, grace, and intention.
Cassandra
For Cassandra, beauty has always been a passion, though she once doubted her place in the industry. As her faith deepened, so did her confidence and self-love - leading her to recognize esthetics as both a calling and a way to empower women. Inspired, she enrolled in esthetics school in her thirties, proving it's never too late to pursue your purpose.
When she discovered Femme Flora through her best friend and fellow Florette, Melissa, Cassandra knew it was the perfect fit. A boutique built on sisterhood, intention, and uplifting women felt like the opportunity she had prayed for. She quickly embraced her new role with excitement to learn, grow, and contribute to a team redefining the industry.
Cassandra finds underarm waxing especially rewarding for its transformative results, but she's also eager to perfect her brow artistry - from mapping to tinting to lamination. With every service, her goal is to create a sense of home: a place where clients feel safe, cared for, and educated about how to maintain lasting results.
What inspires her most is seeing the confidence light up a client's face after a service - that spark of joy that lingers long after they leave her chair. Outside of work, Cassandra finds delight in flowers, butterflies, and her morning playlist of Christian rap that sets the tone for her day.
