We allow a 6-minute grace period for all appointments. Why? Because some services only take 15 minutes, and we want to give you our best without rushing. If you arrive more than 6 minutes late, we may need to reschedule and apply a cancellation fee.

Pro tip: Morning appointments are less likely to get bumped—plus, you get to feel fabulous all day.

We get it—life happens. But we hold space just for you.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% service fee.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may require prepayment to rebook.

Kindness goes both ways—we appreciate clear communication and will always do our best to accommodate you when we can.

We accept all major cards, tap-to-pay, and GlossGenius transactions. Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated—it goes directly to your Florette.

Our commitment to sanitation is unwavering.

• Fresh gloves, disinfected tools, hospital-grade protocols, and wax that is never double-dipped—ever.
• Please arrive clean and freshly showered when possible. Freshen-up supplies are always available in-studio.

You are absolutely welcome to wax while on your cycle—just wear a fresh tampon or cup. If you’re feeling more sensitive around this time, consider rescheduling or booking a shorter service.

 Femme Flora is a judgment-free, body-positive studio. All bodies, genders, and orientations are welcome here. You are never “too much” or “not enough”—and we will always ask for your comfort, not assume it.

To protect the tranquil nature of our studio (and everyone’s safety), we kindly ask that only those receiving services enter the treatment room. Exceptions may be made for caregivers or translators, just let us know in advance.
